We get calls asking “Do you guys ever ship the same day”?

We say, “Heck yeah we do, all the time!”

All orders placed before noon (U.S. Pacific) will ship the same day when placed Monday through Friday. (Major holidays and weekends aren’t included. Sorry but we aren’t here then. However we make up for it the rest of the week, as our Web site never sleeps.)

Money orders and orders paid for by checks will be shipped once the funds clear.

Sometimes we hold orders placed online for security verification, and those will not ship the same day. These situations include an IP mismatch or credit card issued from one country but order is shipping to another. We hold these to make sure we do our part to stomp out credit card fraud. If your order is put on hold, we will contact you right away.

Shipping in the US
Ship Methods in the United States and U.S. Territories are United States Postal Service (USPS) and UPS. APO/FPO and PO Box are USPS ONLY.

USPS has no guaranteed delivery times, but First Class is up to 8 business days if you’re on the East Coast (we’re on the West) and Priority Mail is typically 3 days to the East coast. There is a tracking number issued, but the information is not updated regularly by USPS. So, in general, we say NO TRACKING AVAILBLE; but given the price, it is a decent option. This is the only way to go for APO/FPO and PO boxes.

UPS: This service is guaranteed* and is completely trackable. A little more expensive, but if you have a magic gig coming up or you just need your magic NOW this is the method for you. (Sorry, no Saturday delivery available.)

 

 

 

Shipping Methods International

Shipping internationally we use USPS and UPS.
Pretty much the same as domestic but it takes a little longer! APO/ FPO are USPS only.

USPS

Intl First Class and Intl Priority mail services are not guaranteed and can take up to 6-8 weeks. All duties and taxes are to be paid by you. We are not responsible for these fees, sorry!

UPS

This is guaranteed up to customs, after that it is out of our hands ... literally. Fortunately UPS has a way of pushing these through to you quickly! All duties and taxes are to be paid by you, we are not responsible for these fees, sorry!
